We all know what we want in the way of a site:-
- Full services on each pitch.
- As quiet a location as possible.
- Planning is for motorhomes and fifth wheelers only
- The site will not be children oriented, we are not saying
children wont be allowed but there will be no fixtures or play areas for
them, we well expect that people will want there families over to stay at
holidays, etc, but this is a site built with adults in mind.
- Members will have their own pitch for as long as the Club and
the Company exist. As the members will be the sole owners of both Club and
Company, the period will be controlled by them.
- During any occupancy of the pitches you would be expected to
pay for the services used i.e. water, electricity, etc.
- There will be an annual maintenance charge and we hope to keep
this figure reasonable by earning income from letting vacant and non-occupied
pitches.
- Pitch sizes will be a minimum of 150 square meters and they
will all be serviced with water, electric and sewage. We would hope to install
satellite t.v., but this will depend initially on finances.
- There will be modern toilet and shower blocks in the initial
development stage, together with well equipped laundry and drying rooms.
- It is proposed to build a swimming pool with a small
bar/restaurant, probably with an open roof terrace to take advantage of the
fantastic view. A clubhouse could follow later if the members wish it.
- Pets - yes. Under strict rules.
- The site, excluding the bar/restaurant, will be under the
control of an appointed site manager.
